Crossville Health and Rehabilitation in Crossville, AL is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated team. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with RNs, physicians, and therapists to support residents’ recovery and well-being in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Strong clinical skills including medication administration and wound care

• BLS/CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor, document, and report changes in residents’ health status, including vital signs
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding as needed
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to support recovery goals, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations
• Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families
• Ensure a safe, clean environment by following infection control and safety protocols

Position Overview: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
