Job summary

CareRite Centers is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. We offer 12-hour day and overnight shifts, competitive wages, and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities include medication administration (including IVs), taking and recording vitals, patient education, and collaboration with physicians, NPs, families, and other health care professionals. Full-time and part-time roles available.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LPN license.
• Experience in SNF/long-term care preferred.
• Ability to administer medications and monitor patient status.

• Provide care for residents in Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.
• Medication administration, including IVs, and vital sign collection.
• Provide resident and family education and support.
