Newport Meadows Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a compassionate, resident-focused care team in a 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift. Flexible scheduling includes Part-Time and PRN openings, with daily pay options available.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania LPN license required.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) required or preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, dependable and team-oriented candidate essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians and families.
• Maintain resident dignity, comfort and safety at all times.
