Job summary

Fundamental in Spartanburg, SC seeks an LPN to join our nursing team. Working in harmony with the nursing staff, you will provide compassionate patient care, perform assessments, and document observations.

Weekend shifts are available with options for 7:00pm-7:00am or 7:00am-7:00pm. A valid LPN license and at least 1 year in long-term care are preferred; reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed LPN in good standing with the state.
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Works under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Deliver nursing care to patients, collect patient data, make observations and report pertinent information to the care of patients.
• Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.

Posted Salary Range

USD $30.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
