Newport Meadows Nursing and Rehab is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our resident-focused care team in Christiana, PA. Schedule includes 3:00 PM–11:00 PM with Part-Time and PRN openings; daily pay and shift differentials offered.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania LPN license.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and families.
• Maintain resident dignity, comfort, and safety at all times.
