Butler Rehab & Healthcare in Butler, Missouri is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team and help us maintain high resident care. You’ll work close to home with a flexible schedule and competitive pay.

Responsibilities include direct resident care, vitals, and collaborating with RNs and physicians to deliver personalized care and ensure resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Missouri.
• Vaccination against COVID-19 or willingness to vaccinate.
• Valid nursing credentials and ability to work with residents.
