Job summary

Good Samaritan is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care settings. Under supervision, the LPN will support the care plan, administer medications as ordered, and collaborate with supervising nurses and physicians.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
• If IV therapy/management is required, North Dakota requires IV therapy training or approved course.
• Must have completed a pre-licensure program with supervised clinical experience or 400 hours as LPN.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents under supervision.
• Document resident care, prescriptions, and progress.
• Demonstrate nursing knowledge and patient safety within the care plan.
