Qualifications

• Current LPN license to practice in the state where employed.
• Experience with elderly population in assisted living or LTC preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care and services to residents per physician orders.
• Coordinate physical, social, and emotional aspects of resident care.
• Manage medications according to the plan and document changes.
• Monitor resident wellness and safety; report changes to appropriate staff.
• Respond to emergencies calmly and promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and Daily Log entries.
• Assist with meals and monitor nutrition for residents.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings.
