Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LPN license in the applicable state.
• Experience with senior populations in assisted living or LTC preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to sit/stand/bend/lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care per physician orders and resident preferences.
• Coordinate physical, social, and emotional aspects of care; document and report changes.
• Monitor and update medication management plan; inform physician of changes as needed.
• Respond to emergencies calmly and promptly; maintain safety and wellness for residents.
• Assist with meals and ensure adequate nutrition; maintain accurate records.
