Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved Practical Nursing program.
• LPN license issued by the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 45 days if required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and room patients, obtain vital signs and document health information.
• Perform laboratory procedures using sterile technique and infection control.
• Assist physicians with procedures and surgeries as directed.
• Administer medications under orders, including IV therapy within scope.
• Provide patient education and coordinate referrals as needed.
• Maintain exam rooms, labs, and equipment and ensure safety.
• Demonstrate age-appropriate care and maintain EMR documentation.
