Job summary

Advocate Health in Rock Hill, SC, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a 40-hour work week in a Family Medicine clinic. You will prep patients, obtain vitals, and assist the physician with procedures in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Responsibilities include administering medications, patient education, and coordinated care. Active LPN license and BLS are required; no prior experience necessary. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 45 days unless exempt.
• Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and room patients, obtain vitals, and document health information.
• Perform laboratory procedures using aseptic technique and precautions.
• Assist physicians with procedures and surgeries as needed.
• Administer medications under orders and manage IV therapy within scope.
• Educate patients and coordinate referrals, tests, and follow-ups.
