Job summary
Roxbury Treatment Center, a behavioral health facility in Shippensburg, PA, is hiring a full-time LPN House Supervisor to oversee nursing functions in the Substance Use Disorder unit. You will be a key member of operational leadership, coordinating staffing 24/7 and working with medical staff and department managers to ensure top-quality patient care.
The role requires graduation from an accredited LPN program, PA LPN licensure, and 1 year of SUD/mental health nursing experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited licensed practical nursing program.
- One year prior experience in Substance Use Disorder and/or mental health nursing preferred.
- Licensure and registration as an LPN by the Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing functions of the SUD unit and serve as a key member of hospital leadership.
- Coordinate staffing for the unit 24/7 and arrange coverage as needed.
- Collaborate with medical staff and department managers to ensure quality care.
