Job summary

Roxbury Treatment Center in Shippensburg, PA, is seeking a full-time LPN House Supervisor to oversee nursing functions of the Substance Use Disorder unit. You will serve as a key member of hospital operations, collaborating with medical staff and department managers to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

The role requires staffing the unit 24/7, arranging coverage for open shifts, and stepping in as needed to maintain continuous, compliant care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited licensed practical nursing program.
• One year prior experience in Substance Use Disorder and/or mental health nursing preferred.
• Licensure and registration by the Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners as a licensed practical nurse.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the nursing functions of the Substance Use Disorder unit.
• Staff the unit 24/7 and arrange coverage for open shifts or cover shifts yourself.
• Collaborate with medical staff and department managers to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Roxbury Treatment Center is hiring an LPN full-time House Supervisor. This LPN House Supervisor would oversee the nursing functions of the Substance Use Disorder unit. This individual serves as a key member of the hospital operational leadership and must work in cooperation with medical staff and department managers. The LPN House Supervisor is responsible for staffing the unit 24/7 and finding coverage, or covering themselves, any open LPN shifts.
