Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care with Medical Staff, DON, and facility leaders.
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure accurate charting and progress notes.
• Review incident reports and document actions to protect patient safety.
• Direct supervision of nursing staff, patients, and care during shifts.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers with Intake/Admissions.
