Roxbury Treatment Center, a behavioral health facility in Shippensburg, PA, is hiring a full-time LPN House Supervisor to oversee nursing functions in the Substance Use Disorder unit. You will be a key member of operational leadership, coordinating staffing 24/7 and working with medical staff and department managers to ensure top-quality patient care.

The role requires graduation from an accredited LPN program, PA LPN licensure, and 1 year of SUD/mental health nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited licensed practical nursing program.
• One year prior experience in Substance Use Disorder and/or mental health nursing preferred.
• Licensure and registration as an LPN by the Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing functions of the SUD unit and serve as a key member of hospital leadership.
• Coordinate staffing for the unit 24/7 and arrange coverage as needed.
• Collaborate with medical staff and department managers to ensure quality care.

Responsibilities

Roxbury Treatment Center is hiring an LPN full-time House Supervisor. This LPN House Supervisor would oversee the nursing functions of the Substance Use Disorder unit. This individual serves as a key member of the hospital operational leadership and must work in cooperation with medical staff and department managers. The LPN House Supervisor is responsible for staffing the unit 24/7 and finding coverage, or covering themselves, any open LPN shifts.

Qualifications

LPN Nurse Manager Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited licensed practical nursing program
• One year prior experience in Substance Use Disorder and/or mental health nursing preferred
• Licensure and registration by the Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners as a licensed practical nurse.
