Roxbury Treatment Center is hiring an LPN full-time House Supervisor to oversee nursing functions for the Substance Use Disorder unit and participate in hospital leadership. The role requires coordination with medical staff and department managers and ensuring 24/7 staffing coverage.

The position emphasizes clinical leadership, adherence to LPN scope, and collaborative care within a behavioral health setting at our Shippensburg facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited licensed practical nursing program.
• One year prior experience in Substance Use Disorder and/or mental health nursing preferred.
• Licensure and registration by the Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners as a licensed practical nurse.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the nursing functions of the Substance Use Disorder unit.
• Serve as a key member of hospital operational leadership.
• Work in cooperation with medical staff and department managers.
• Staff the unit 24/7 and arrange coverage, or cover shifts yourself.

Education
