Job summary

Roxbury Treatment Center, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, is seeking an RN House Supervisor to provide administrative and clinical supervision for the dayshift. The role involves coordinating patient care with Medical Staff, DON, and facility leaders in a 112-bed behavioral health facility in Shippensburg, PA.

The position requires RN licensure in Pennsylvania and experience in psychiatric health care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program or equivalent combination of education and experience in psychiatric nursing management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• PA RN license is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure coordinated delivery of patient care in collaboration with Medical Staff, DON, and facility leaders.
• Supervise nursing staff and conduct chart audits to ensure compliance with assessments, treatment planning, and daily progress notes.
• Review incident reports and take immediate action to ensure patient safety.
• Direct supervision of nursing staff, patients, and patient care during the shift.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers with Intake and Admissions during the shift.
