AuthoraCare Collective in Burlington, NC seeks a dedicated LPN Hospice Home Care nurse for full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm, with weekend and weeknight coverage as needed.

Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing services, document care, administer medications, and support patients and families in a compassionate hospice setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Must have a current North Carolina LPN license.
• One year's LPN experience necessary; two years in acute care, hospice, LTC or home health preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver's license; automobile liability insurance as required; own transportation.

Responsabilités

• Provide high quality nursing services under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and caregivers.
• Provide basic personal care for patients with limited life expectancy and administer medications as directed.
• Work with the interdisciplinary team to meet patient/family goals; participate in weekend and weeknight coverage as assigned.

The job you have been looking for! AuthoraCare Collective is currently seeking an LPN Hospice Home Care for our Burlington service area. This position is Full-Time Monday- Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
