Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with an adult patient in their home. Day and night shifts are available, and compensation includes $31–$34 per hour with weekly paychecks.

The role requires applying the nursing process, assessing patient needs, and delivering skilled nursing services per orders, while documenting changes in the patient’s condition and outcomes. Active LPN/LVN license in the state, TB test or chest X‑ray, and current BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X‑Ray.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and information from health care members; interpret nursing diagnoses.
