Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Pickerington, OH to work with pediatric patients in their homes. Full-time, part-time and PRN positions are available for DAY SHIFTS, with competitive pay and weekly paychecks.

Responsibilities include using the nursing process to assess and plan care, providing skilled nursing services as prescribed, and documenting patient data. Required are an LPN license, current TB/X-ray and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license in the practicing state.
• TB test or Chest X-ray must be current.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and document nursing data and diagnoses.
