Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in (Insert location) is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.

Compensation includes competitive pay and weekly paychecks, plus comprehensive benefits and paid time off. This role involves providing skilled nursing care in patients’ homes under prescribed orders and collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state where practice is required.
• TB test or Chest X-ray current.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) card.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care members and document nursing diagnoses.
