Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in your area is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care to pediatric and/or adult patients.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, following prescribed orders, and monitor patient condition. The role offers competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, HSA and life insurance, plus 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN/LVN in the state where the LPN will practice.
• TB test or chest X-ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyzes, and documents data and information from health care team and nursing diagnoses.
