Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide home-based patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will apply the nursing process, assess needs, and document care as part of a dedicated team.

Requirements include an active LPN license in the state, a current health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, a current BLS card, and about one year of LPN experience preferred. We offer competitive pay, health/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k), and weekly pay.

Qualifications

Salary: $25 - $30 / per hour

Maxim Healthcare is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to assume responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care in home, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will consistently perform according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.

Responsibilities
