Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients in the United States. The role focuses on delivering skilled nursing care in patients own homes, with competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include using the nursing process to assess and care for patients, documenting findings, and ensuring orders are followed on each assignment. Prior nursing experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which you will practice.
• TB test or Chest X-ray completed.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care team and document nursing diagnoses.
