Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring an LPN licensed nurse for pediatric home care in Seward, NE. This full-time night position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. You'll provide skilled nursing services in the patient's home, following prescribed orders and nursing processes.

Qualified candidates hold an LPN/LVN license, BLS, TB testing or chest X-ray, and ideally 1 year of nursing experience. Training and support are provided, with opportunities for career growth within Maxim.

Qualifications

• Current license as LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• Current TB test or chest X-ray documentation.
• Current BLS (CPR) certification is required.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Document data and nursing diagnoses accurately and timely.

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with a Pediatric patient in their own home in Seward, NE.

Available shift:

Full Time Nights

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
