Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care for a pediatric patient in the patient’s home in Fremont, Nebraska. The role offers a full-time night shift with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, assessing patient needs, and documenting care plans. LPN/LVN licensure in the state of practice and current BLS are required, with one year of nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray document.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders during each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team and document nursing diagnoses.
