Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with a Pediatric patient in their own home in Wymore, NE. Hourly Pay: $45 / hour.

Available shifts include Part Time or Full Time Overnights. Responsibilities include nursing process, skilled nursing care, assessing symptoms and documenting data; qualifying as an active LPN/LVN license in the state, TB or Chest X-ray, BLS, and 1 year nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• TB test or Chest X-ray documentation.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret health data and document nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.


• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders


• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.


• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.


• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.


• Current BLS card.


• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
