Job summary

Maxim Healthcare seeks a licensed LPN/LVN in Colorado to provide skilled nursing care on home assignments in Pueblo. You will assess and deliver care per orders, and document patient status.

We offer competitive pay with weekly checks, health/dental/vision, PTO and a 401(k) plan to eligible employees. Prior nursing experience is preferred but not required for all cases.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state where practicing.
• Current TB test or Chest X-ray within validity.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care members and document nursing diagnoses.
