Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking licensed RNs for home-based nursing across Massachusetts. You will provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, monitor conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with families and care teams.

Positions offer flexible scheduling, weekly direct deposit, and opportunities for professional development. Both full-time and part-time openings exist, with day, evening, and overnight shifts available.

Qualifications

• Must have valid nursing license and current BLS certification.
• Prior nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the home.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and medications.
• Document care and communicate updates.

Requirements

Required:
