Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an experienced LPN/LVN for on-site assignments in North Carolina. The role involves delivering skilled nursing care per physician orders, with a focus on patient assessment and timely data documentation.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• TB or Chest X-Ray current.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data from health care members and documents nursing diagnoses.

Education

LPN/LVN license

One year nursing experience preferred

Hourly Pay: $31 - $33 / Hour
