Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide in-home care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients in Peoria, AZ and nearby areas. Roles include day and overnight shifts with competitive pay and weekly paychecks.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray result.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs/symptoms indicating physiologic/psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document health data and nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
