Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN/LVN) to provide 1:1 home care for pediatric and adult patients. Eligible nurses will receive competitive pay and opportunities for paid skill advancement training and a novice nurse program.

Qualifications

• Current TB test or Chest X-ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses from health care team members.

Responsibilities
