Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with adult patients in Indian Orchard, MA. The role offers an hourly rate of $40–$43 and includes benefits such as health, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus PTO and a 401(k) plan.

The LPN will perform nursing duties per orders, assess patient needs, and monitor changes in condition while maintaining accurate documentation. Current MA LPN license and BLS are required; TB/X-ray screening is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an LPN/LVN in MA.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray is required.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services per orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
