Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide in-home care for pediatric and adult patients in and around Willard, Ohio.

As an LPN you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care on each assignment, following prescribed orders. Ohio LPN license, current BLS and TB/Chest X-ray results are required; one year of experience is preferred. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and weekly paychecks. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
