Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. in Memphis, TN is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes. Earn $25–$30 per hour with weekly paychecks and a comprehensive benefits package.

The role involves providing skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, following prescribed orders, and conducting ongoing assessments to ensure quality patient outcomes. Current LPN/LVN license, TB test or chest X-ray, and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• TB test or Chest X‑ray current.
• Current BLS certification (CPR).

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document nursing diagnoses.
