Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Henderson, KY is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for adult and pediatric patients. The role requires an active LPN/LVN license and current BLS, with competitive hourly pay from $33 to $35.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, document findings, and collaborate with healthcare teams to support patients in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
