Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Dyersburg, TN is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric patients in their own homes. This role provides in-home nursing care tailored to each child’s needs, collaborating with families and the care team.

The position offers hourly pay of $25-$30, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and weekly paychecks, with opportunities to grow within Maxim’s home-care programs.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interpretes data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
