Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide homecare services for adults and/or children in the Chandler area and surrounding East Valley locations. Weekend shifts are available in Chandler/Mesa/Tempe/Scottsdale and nearby communities.

Compensation ranges $28–$32 per hour with weekly pay. The role includes comprehensive health benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• TB test or chest X-ray current.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care team and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Maxim Healthcare in (Phoenix) is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work weekends with adult and/or pediatric patients in their own homes. We have weekend opportunities available in Chandler/Mesa/Tempe/Scottsdale and other locations in the East Valley.

Responsibilities:
