Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Phoenix is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for an adult patient at home with G-tube and Tracheostomy needs. The role runs Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 1:00pm.

Pay is $28–$32 per hour, with competitive benefits and weekly paychecks. The LPN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, delivering skilled nursing services per orders while monitoring patient status and documenting changes in health.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as LPN/LVN in the state where the LPN will practice.
• TB test or Chest X-ray current.
• Current BLS card required.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and document nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
