Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes across assigned areas. You will deliver direct patient care, monitor conditions, administer medications, and coordinate with the care team to support individualized plans.

We offer stable hours, flexible shifts (full-time, part-time, PRN), weekly pay with direct deposit, and benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. Orientation and ongoing clinical support are provided.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1+ year of nursing experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.
