Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work with pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes. The assignments span Spring, Houston, Aldine, Humble, Conroe, Cypress, Tomball, Bryan, New Caney, Livingston, Cleveland, and more.

You will provide individualized, one-on-one home health care with flexible scheduling, consistent hours, and the support of an experienced clinical team. Weekend and night shift differentials enhance earnings and schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed LVN in the state where the LVN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services as prescribed.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care team and document nursing diagnoses.
