Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes in the Bryan area and surrounding communities.

You will join a clinical team, enjoy flexible scheduling, paid weekly, and opportunities for weekend and night differentials while caring for pediatric and adult clients.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LVN in the state in which the LVN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document nursing diagnoses.
