Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide one-on-one in-home care to pediatric and/or adult patients across Houston area including Spring, Aldine, Humble, Conroe, Cypress, Tomball, Bryan, New Caney, Livingston, Cleveland and surrounding markets.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process, while enjoying flexible scheduling, weekend and night shift differentials, and support from an experienced clinical team at Maxim Healthcare.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LVN in the state in which the LVN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
