Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with current Minnesota license.
• Experience in home care, long-term care, acute care or public health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist under the RN to monitor client needs and changes.
• Oversee unlicensed staff to ensure timely, quality care.
• Document accurately and follow physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by the RN.
• Assist with client transitions to facilities or hospitals as needed.
