Saint Elizabeth Home Care is seeking a dedicated LPN for full-time day-shift home visits across Rhode Island. You’ll deliver compassionate, one-on-one nursing care in clients’ homes and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered LPN license in Rhode Island.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience, home care experience preferred.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation, current clean driver’s license, automobile insurance.

The LPN - Home Care contributes to our Mission of Caring by providing compassionate patient care to our clients in their homes throughout Rhode Island. The LPN - Home Care for Saint Elizabeth Home Care performs nursing visits throughout Rhode Island and is a part of a cohesive and collaborative interdisciplinary team with ample administrative support. Our LPNs are equipped with point of care devices (iPad), as well as all necessary and requested medical equipment and supplies.
