Saint Elizabeth Community is seeking a Home Care LPN to provide compassionate in-home nursing for clients across Rhode Island. This full-time role includes day shifts and a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered LPN license in Rhode Island.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience; home care experience preferred.

The Home Care LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) contributes to our Mission of Caring by providing compassionate patient care to our clients in their homes throughout Rhode Island. The Home Care LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) for Saint Elizabeth Home Care performs nursing visits throughout Rhode Island and is a part of a cohesive and collaborative interdisciplinary team with ample administrative support. Our LPNs are equipped with point of care devices (iPad), as well as all necessary and requested medical equipment and supplies.

Qualifications for a Home Care LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse):
