• Completion of an accredited or approved program in Practical Nursing.
• No experience required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; proficient with electronic medical records systems.

• Prepares and rooms the patient for exam by obtaining vital signs and documenting/updating pertinent health information.
• Performs laboratory procedures using aseptic technique and infection control guidelines.
• Assists physicians with procedures and surgeries as needed.
• Administers medications under orders, including immunizations and IV therapy within scope.
• Provides patient education on tasks, treatment and self-care.
• Ensures referrals and appointment scheduling as directed.
• Communicates with physicians and health care team; documents patient status accurately.
• Performs advanced clinical tasks under supervision (e.g., sutures, catheterization, EKG, spirometry).
