Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team in a fast-paced setting. The role involves patient preparation, specimen collection, and supporting procedures under physician supervision.

The ideal candidate has an active LPN license in the state, BLS certification, and completion of an accredited practical nursing program. Experience is not required; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Competenze

• LPN licensure in the state where practice occurs.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification within 45 days unless exempt.
• Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• No prior experience required.

Mansioni

• Prepare and room patients for exams, including vitals and chart review.
• Perform laboratory tests and specimen collection using aseptic technique.
• Assist physicians with procedures and surgeries as directed.
• Administer medications under physician orders and manage IV therapy within scope.
• Educate patients and coordinate test requests, refills and referrals.
• Maintain organized exam rooms and equipment; support documentation.
