Job summary

This role requires LPN license, graduation from an accredited practical nursing program, BLS, and at least two years of direct patient care; prior medical office experience preferred. You will document care, triage calls, and assist with procedures.

Qualifications

• LPN with current license to practice in the applicable state.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum two years of direct patient care experience.
• Previous medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and coordinate patient care per practice scope.
• Document all patient care in the medical record.
• Triage calls and advise patients per established protocols.
• Track labs and ensure provider receives results and communicates findings.
• Support pre-visit planning with provider and care team.
• Administer medications and injections; monitor vital signs.
