Bethesda Health in Chesterfield, MO is seeking an experienced LPN to provide basic nursing care, assess residents, and communicate changes to the IDT and families. You will document and update care plans and ensure safe administration of medications and IV therapy as licensed.

Formación

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold a current LPN license.
• CPR and AED certification required or obtainable within six months of employment.
• IV certification required or obtainable within six months of employment.
• Long-term care experience preferred and ability to assess geriatric nursing needs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide basic nursing care and assess residents on admission and ongoing.
• Communicate changes to the IDT and families; update care plans as interventions change.
• Administer medications and treatments in a safe, timely manner.
• Document interventions accurately and timely; perform electronic documentation.
• Maintain composure in crises and participate in QAPI processes.
